Our prices cover identifying and locating the source of the leak. We must uncover the leak before providing a repair estimate — but if it's minor, we'll include the repair in the detection cost.
Trace and access is a typical inclusion in Building Insurance policies. This cover generally pays for the expenses involved in locating the origin of a leak and uncovering it so that repairs can be carried out.
Tip: It’s a good idea to check with your insurer in advance of what will and won’t be covered under your policy. We will supply you with a written report, photos and an itemised invoice after our visit to support your insurance claim.
