All accessible outlets throughout the property were checked

  • No leaks found at taps, fixtures, or visible pipework.
  • Ground floor WC inspected using a camera due to restricted access - cavity behind the WC was dry.
  • Lower ground floor cloakroom waste pipework wasn’t visible, so thermal imaging was used. No temperature anomalies or moisture were detected.
